This seminar will start by presenting some of the fundamental features of international business law, devoting special attention to the definition of the parties which usually operate in that field and to the tools they use, such as the international contract.
The aim of the seminar is to analyse the European Union policies dedicated to reduce disparities and promote development among Regions of the Union by the use of financial aid known as “Structural Funds”.
