Form for requesting a change of course during the first or second year of MIREES

This form can be employed in order to request to change one or more courses chosen during the first or second year of the MIREES.

Students class of 2009

Students class of 2009 should keep in mind that

  • they may request change in course by and no later than January 31st;
  • the form is to be signed by both the requesting student and one of MIREES coordinators or the Academic Advisor (prof. A. F. Saba);
  • one form can only employed to request one change;
  • they are allowed two changes only.

Students class of 2008

Students class of 2008, on the other hand should keep in mind that you need to employ the form attached to their study program in their possession. There is no need to communicate their changes to MIREES office.
